24 Letter Mantra Ragi flour is made of Organic Ragi. Ragi or finger millet is rich in calcium with around 350- 400 mg/ 100g way ahead of even soybean. Its a good source of calories and fibre content as its generally consumed without hulling. With around 7.7% protein content, Ragi may not be a rich source of protein but the quality of protein is commendable. Its rich in aminoacids like valine, isoleucine, tryptophan, methionine and threonine. Ragi flour has many usages. It can be made as porridge, roti, Muddhe or steamed balls. Sprouted and dried ragi is milled and used for porridges.
